I am seriously considering purchasing Mr. Sheets program. I am very excited about it and nervous too. I am a university student. Would it be better to get a job until i have a handle on this? I am really glad i found this site.

I studied Carlton Sheets course and I think I’m ready to try it. Is there anyone in Las Vegas that has taken Sheets course and made it work? I live in the Northwest part of town and I will love to meet people that are doing the same in this area. Did anyone have experience buying an appartment building or any other big income property?
I also will like to know if there are any investment clubs here. If their is anyone up this way willing to e-mail me with some feedback and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I do some investing in the Vegas area. Great for single family homes. Apartments are more of a problem. Either very old or very expensive. If you are just starting out, I would concentrate on single families. Great appreciation and much more stable.
