I’m looking for a creative real estate investor that works the Northern New Jersey area. I have a lead on a property in Hamburg, NJ. The owner now lives in my neck of the woods (Houston, TX) and called off one of my $100 cards that those of you who attended the convention in March may have seen. The property is a single family home (4/2/2) with about 2400 sq ft on about 1/3 acre.
