I am looking to start-just found this website, and I guess I need to start by getting this book I keep hearing about!! I it that great? If you get any respons could you send that info on to me too? Where are you located- I’m in south scottsdale. I am thinking of the mobiles on the edges of town that have the small acreage. Is that better to get into since you have some land to bump up the value? Any thoughts on this versus buying in parks?
