I’ve been considering investing in real estate for a while now but haven’t actually done any deals. I am a member of the St. Louis Real Estate Investors Association. It seems to be a good group that meets monthly and has a monthly newsletter. They’re listed on this site under Real Estate Clubs and their website is http://www.stlreia.com/

I’m in St. Louis, but I’m not Boom-n, yet! However, I plan on getting started in lease options. I’ve been looking for others in St. Louis to network with as far as sharing ideas, and helping each other stay motivated.
