GAREIA is certainly worth checking out. Also, one of the best sources of help in Atlanta is John Adams, broker, investor, and seminar teacher. John writes for the Sunday Atlanta Journal, in the real estate section. He also does many seminars and has lots of materials you can buy. His stuff is keyed to Georgia law, and that his helpful for us locals. Check out his web site at money99.com

You’re lucky. In Atlanta, you have access to Ga Real Estate Investors Association. That has been the key to my knowledge and experience in REI. Join, go to the meetings and seminars. You will be amazed at what is available.

Of course, this web site is also a good resource for anyone interested in REI.

Haven’t you heard ???

That creative real estate doesn’t work here!

Just kidding. Feel free to e-mail me, maybe we can get together to share ideas. I have been investing in the Atlanta market for over 2 years now.

Good luck, and I look forward to hearing from you.
