Shemin is ok. His ego gets in the way. Seems to me he uses RE course to promote PrePaid Legal Scams, er plans.

His book is somewhat mediocre and I suspect his courses are as well. I highly recommend Bronchick. He writes well, seems to know his topics, and is a good person with whom to do business. I bought a course, didn’t like it because it covered too many things I already knew, asked for an exchange and received it. He clearly went out of his way to accommodate me and I truly appreciate it.
