My dad did one of Paul Simon’s equity share deals and according to him it really worked out well.
However my dad thinks Lease Options work better than equity share so I do lease options.

Pauls Simon’s Equity Share Program from the mid 1980’s was an interesting program. Anyone familiar with it or any spin offs. Anyone know what happened to Paul Simon the RE guru.
