i purchased both of lonnies books a few months ago. was so excited when i started reading them that it was hard for me to put them down. just today i purchased 6 mobile homes with all hauling expences included for 10k.all of them are 20 to 30 yrs. old and most of them need lots of floors replaced,a couple of windows,and maybe a furnace or two. a couple of 14x70 and the rest are 12x60-12x65.maybe what i’m looking to find now is a little reasurance that i did the right thing. guess i can start fixing up and see if i can make a couple of bucks.figured i had to start somewhere and this deal was there.

I would try to sell one or two as is to give a cushion for fixing the others.
