I bought this to keep track of buyers and sellers and manage my follow-up, etc.

I use ACT 4.0 all the time at work, I have learned by trial and error but I think I am pretty effective at it now, feel free to shoot me a question at davids_01@msn.com - glad to finally be able to help someone with something instead of always taking information off this site!!
