So you’re using the Act Link for the HP with Windows? Does it allow you to use customizable fields with your HP?

I’m thinking of purchasing a Palm Tungsten C and Act 6 for Palm to help me better manage preforeclosures while in the field. Anyone using either of these? How about a PDA with Wi-fi (wireless access to the Internet)? Your thoughts?

You will need companionlink to make it work. - Posted by Gantry

You can easily download your ACT! contacts, notes and info, and also combine it with your Outlook info if you buy additional software.

I’ve been using www.companionlink.com software for years to do just what you want.

Tried it and it was very confusing… entering data, searching, etc was very difficult. There’s a special version of ACT for the PALM which is close to $100 extra. The free version of ACT for PALM is very weak.

I ended up getting an HP with the Windows version - it’s much easier.
