I’ve just used the contracts without checking the verbage. Maybe someday I’ll pay an price for overlooking this, maybe not. I think the important thing is just to get out there and do things. From your posts, I think you know that as well. Swallow hard, gather your courage and change your life.

Has anyone had any legal problems using Lonnie’s contracts in Illinois? Has anyone had an attorney in Illinois check over the verbiage? Has anyone just gone ahead and used these contracts withoug checking to see if they fly in Illinois? Sorry for being so really, really, really, really redundant.
