Someone called in response to my “I buy houses” ad and asked if I dealt with MHs. Since I have no experience in MHs yet I told her that I’d probably have to pass (I’ve got my hands full with several L/O deals in the works!). But there may be an opportunity here for someone. It’s a 91 Redmond manufactured home appraised at 64K. She’s tried to sell it for 49K and just can’t budge it. She’s paying on it as well as her primary residence. Sounds motivated. The home is currently in a South Tacoma park. Sorry I can’t give you more details. E-mail me for her name and number.
