Why don’t you agree? Do you have better comps than the aprraiser used? You can verify his comps to see if they are real. If your comps are better and are real then you can show them to the appraiser and see if it makes a difference. If you are sure you are right and the appraiser won’t change the value, then you can order another appraisal from someone else. (real comps don’t lie) Was the difference in value large or small? Is the house in an area that doesn’t have many similar properties? Are you the buyer or seller? Is there a loan pending on the appraisal?
There is a lot more information needed before your question can be answered.
