Here are a few ideas:

Borrow from friends
Borrow from family
Borrow from a finance company (benefical, etc.)
Take a second job to raise extra money
Sell some of your personal property
Get a home equity loan, if you own a home
Borrow against credit cards, if you have any

I am new to investing and will be using a hard money lender to purchase my first property. My cash flow is nil, how could I incorporate or come up with the money for my appraiser’s fees. Any suggestions will be greatly helpful.
