Yes I figure $2500 for a kitchen and $1500.00 per bathroom and then $250.00 per bedroom $500.00 for a living room, then roofs I figure $2500.00 exterior maintenance $1,500.00 siding $2500.00 New furnace $2500.00 These costs are approximate enough to get a decent idea of what you are doing.
