I can only give you my experience here. I bought an E-book from Foreclorure School and am going to return it to them and hoefully get my money back. Although I am sure that they are legally covered, I found little in the material to back up the claims they made about it. In short, I would not buy ANYTHING from those people. Just my opinion.
If you want something for buying land and building a house on it, let me know and I will send you a name and # of a compaany that does that kind of thing.
