I purchased both of Lonnie’s books a few years ago. I’m just now ready to purchase mobile homes. I love his program and I’m wondering if he has updated his books or where I can get more recent information? webinars or teleclasses? For instance, is the ideal mobile home still 14 x 70 3 bedroom? and is it still possible to purchase for under 5000 and sell with owner financing? Appreciate your response…

Yes there are Lonnie Deals to be had. I’d suggest you read the archives on the current state of the industry and new federal regulations and drive the speed bumps IN YOUR AREA.
