Walgreens, yes. Dollar General is almost always double net (NN). Brokers/owners throw around NNN when it usually isn’t. Restaurants can be either. There’s also oil change facilities, car parts store (Autozone), and big box retailers (Office Depot, Dick’s…).
Hello, I keep finding several NNN properties that claim to be absolute NNN but still require the landlord to take care of the roof repairs and structural repairs???
These are not absolute NNN properties.
What properties are true absolute NNN investments?
