Ok i’m trying to locate lender that does not lend to much I’m finding lenders who lend way over that amount I need.You buy house for 1,000 arv on it would be 56,000 who is gona lend you say 65% of that? Not a commercial loan. I get lenders all day for commercial loans.Any suggestions?
