I think I have a great deal. I normally wholesale homes. This would be my first mobile hopefully not my last. This home is in a nice park called (HIGHLAND MEADOWS ESTATES WEST)in Deerfield Beach Fl. comps 60k to 100k I could buy for 33k. There are some homes that have sold for as much as 188k this year in the same park. Any thoughts? Is there a market for such. Are there many rehabbers to sell to if I buy this place? What if I buy and replace existing home for a bigger one?
