Where are you seeing a large following? I have yet to see a “we buy mobile homes” bandit sign. I’m the only one that advertises in one of the 2 local county papers that I buy mobile homes.
And I’m in the Atlanta area with over 4000 REI’s.
Follow Steve’s advice. You won’t regret it.
