you about Arnold is here’s a man with almost no experience in politic, now a governor.

Compare to real estate you see old “should have retired” people from 50 years ago still peddling outdated techniques.

I can’t count how many times I’ve heard veterans ( slow learners? ) say that they’ve been at this game longer than I have, therefore they are better and they know more?

Watching Arnold win the election,lthough I am not a Republican, is worth all the motivational books and
tapes combined.

Does anyone thing the business and real estate climate will change for the better in California now that Arnold is in the Governors seat??

I’m not sure, but I hope so. It’s funny, i was reading about Arnold that when he first started out in acting, he would use his money to acquire real estate. And he believed in the power of real estate investing. That really inspired me.

Arnold became wealthy in real estate before he got into acting.
When he was about 20 he aquired his first business, a failing gym,
for no money down . He turned the business around and made it
profitable.
