Sorry I will not fax this document to anyone. I got it off of Microfiche its Black copy. I have recieved 12 people wanting it and it does have information about my seller. If my attorney looks at it and says its ok I will have my Secretary transcribe it to word format.

Any ever heard of Articles of an agreement being recorded. I pulled one up on a L/O that I took over. It smelled like a Mortgage and It looked like one but after I read it it looked more like a Lease… anyway there is an investor that has been using them and evicting people out of homes if they do not pay. Its a pretty neat arrangement. I have a meeting with my lawyer on Monday and I was going to see what it is.
