different techniques for different people. I think the smaller towns are great because you can come in and just dominate the market. The best thing for me to tell you is call every person you know that does this and tell them to come check out your deal that is for sale. if its a really small town, you might wanna go to a few of the surrounding towns to pull some rehabbers from there.
