What is the best way to assign a subject to deal that has been placed in land trust. Do you have to have a separate assignment contract for both the sale& purchase agreement as well as the land trust? What about the trustee? I would not want my trustee to remain if I assigned. The property is over encumbered, but still current. Seller willing to do a subject to. Any other suggestions?

I’m with Greg. You’re selling the beneficial interest in the trust, aren’t you?
