The seller does not have to sign…only you and your buyer (the assignee)…assuming that you have the right of assignment.

when filling out an assignment contract to flip property to another investor, does the seller of the property have to sign the assignment contract. I have seen some contracts that have a place for the seller to sign and others that don’t. Do they have to sign? I would much prefer to not have the seller know right away what I’m doing. Thanks
