I just did a deal with an old VA (fully assumable) without qualifying loand two weeks. I have another deal comming. There are still deals with these assum. loans. I know about 6 other deals in Las Vegas currently.

It’s my thought that assumable loans are things of the past. So if that is true, how do you avoid the Due on Sale clause in mortgages? I read thrru an old post but I’m still a bit confused about the subject. Anyone suggest any articles on it?
