Atlanta has one of the largest investor associations in the country. GAREIA (Georgia Real Estate Investors Assn.) is extremely active, and has some of the top level mentors there are. I’ll find out the meeting times and board members, and e-mail you back, or you might be able to find their number in the phone book.
