I’m a (soon to be) mortgage broker in Atlanta and I’d like to do hard money loans. Can someone please recommend books or training materials that tell me how to do this successfully? I will also need help locating the private money to fund these loans.

I have numerous friends begging me to get set up because they need the hard money. HELP!

Any info or guidance you provide will be greatly appreciated.
