Thanks Jason!! I know the area if it is near Alameda.
Allison did lots of damage to Houston. I still have many, many relatives that live there. I haven’t lived there in 11 years. I thought by now, Houston would have gotten better with the devlopments and the drainage problems. but then again, hurricanes just makes everyone start all over again.

Hope i can post this here…but I found a house listed on the net (Buyowner.com) that’s listed for $69,500. Ad says needs some work; is 3/2/2 in Meridith Manor subdivision in Houston(where is that?)and is VACANT!!
Let me know how you guys come out. Just looking out for Texans…from a former Texan.

Meredith Manor is out near Almeda Rd and the Southbelt. I think that price is at retail (maybe up to $10k below retail) depending on the square footage. I think some of those houses flooded during Allison.
