I’m sorry to say that I can see why they didn’t call you. Your application is incoherent and I think that Neal either thought it was a prank or you were wasting his time.

T-man,
As you know I called you and spoke with you this morning from the office in my home and we discussed your deal.
When I got to my office at Independent Mortgage, I looked up your deal to find that we received it on Jan. 7th and Neal Johnson called you that same day, which was a Monday and left a message for your to call.
I just wanted to set the record straight because there is no doubt that from time to time we can drop the ball, but yours wasn’t one of those times.
