I am not aware of anything peculiar about TX law and my contracts. Several investors in Dallas I know personally use my forms as is. At least two have been successful in court with them as well.

Does anyone know an attorney in Texas (Houston) that I can take Mr. Bronchick?s Lease/Option contracts (The ones from the L/O course) to have them adjusted to Texas, or can I use them as is?
I want to use them because they are easy to understand and they use the right wording to protect me.
