Maybe the AG is after the person who’s forms your using. For example, Russ Whitney has mortgage forms that the lender signs. Because it is a form doesn’t make it any good.
Have your attorney attend the meeting and do not turn over your documents unless required by court order. The NC Attorney General was after Whitney, they would love to find where a bad form made a “consumer” (citizen) make a bad deal.
