When closing subject to, does anyone here use an attorney or title company or do you close the deals yourself? Thanks.

I would recommend that beginning investors use an attorney to close any deal that is out of the ordinary. I still close deals for many clients that are very experienced, simply because they feel better knowing an attorney is looking over their shoulder. There’s a lot of ways to save money when buying and selling real estate, and skipping professional advice isn’t a good idea!

Ditto. A lot of things can go wrong if the paperwork is not handled properly. The cost of having an attorney handle the paperwork is nominal compared to the things that can go wrong.
