I’m wondering what the best way to find the L/O deals is?
I was thinking of running an ad, but I don’t know what to say? I’m taking Legrands advice in not doing any fixer upper deals my first year and concentrating on paying my bills for the year and then start building an empire. So I don’t think I can put in my ad “I buy houses any price any condition”, because that just isn’t true. Any suggestions on what to say in my ad?

I run a simple ad saying “I will buy or lease your house”. I also have this same wording on 10 signs made of corraplast(spelled wrong)about 18" x 24" on a metal frame that I put out on the weekend at busy intersections. The signs pull real well and only costs about $10 each. I put them out on the weekend only so I don’t loose them to city workers during the week. I have also ran ads like “Selling Your House? I will make your payments until it sells”. They all work, there is no magic words to use.
