I have seen alot of estate sales where household contents and real estate were sold at the same time. You get 2 types of buyers the real estate brings investors and the personal property brings out others. The last sale I attended they sold 2 cars first then the house over half the people left and then they sold the rest of the stuff.

I am wanting to sell a house at auction and bring in furnishings and other items to sale as well along with the property. Who among you has been successful at this. What advice can you give me on locating merchants, vendors, wholesalers, etc. that may be interested in participating. I want to get this put together this month as I think I will net much more on the property this way. Any help appreciated.
