Does anyone have a standard form to have tenants sign that allows you to check their credit?
Do the credit reporting agencies require such a form?

ML:
Should be part of your “Tenant Rental Application” form. The applicant fill out all the information, and there’s a section above the signature allowing credit, employment, criminal history, bad check checking.
In fact, screening services REQUIRE you to keep the application on file even if its turns out you decided not to rent to the applicant after running a credit check.

Thanks Frank,
Actually I worded my post weird. I am actually looking for an example. Or if there is a standard form everyone uses, I would like to know where to find it.
