KRISTY! I tried to use the Ron Le Grand land trust and was told by three different attorney’s that it was not legal here. (hello neighbor, I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there doing business in AZ.)

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone in AZ has used Ron Legrands Land Trust forms?? Have you had any problems?
We are buying a property Sub-2 (first one) and I would like to put it in a Land trust, but not Sure if Legrands forms will work here. Any help, suggestions or sample forms would be greatly appreciated.

Better ideas is to visit www.landtrust.net and learn from a real pro. Yes, Land Trusts are legal in AZ. If local attorney says it can’t be done in AZ, ask him/her to cite the law that disallows it. Ought to be interesting.
