It seems to me that this is a very personal issue. Where would I want to live? Well, what would that tell you about where you should live? I love the desert and thus love AZ. I have never been to MA, and don’t really have an opinion about it. However, I think that the population continues to shift from the NE USA to the West, South, and Southeast–the “sunbelt.” So, if I were interested in real estate investing, I would be more comfortaable about the future of demand in AZ than MA.
