I have a client with 521 middle fico, with 5% down who wants to purchase a 3 family as an owner occupied in CT. Income is not an issue and rate is also not an issue. However, he does have two charge off on his credit $718, $525, which he will pay prior to closing. He closed all his accounts 18 months ago and only has had one credit card open for the past 6month.Does anyone have a lender for him?
