Any ideas on what I can do with bad checks.
One is for $39K+, have been trying to collect on check
for 15 months and now individual has filed Bankruptcy.
Second is for $3K individual cancelled checking account
and has dissappeared.
Any ideas on what I can do? Should I report both to the
police or have I just learned a very expensive lesson?
