I have a recently discharged chapter 7 bk (freshly divorced). Included in bk was a mortgage. I earn $50k, and I have no debt. My credit scores are 532, 541, and 599. I have found a property, and the sellers are willing to make a 6% concession. Is there any way I can get a mortgage with little or no money down? HELP, I’m desperate!
