I have bad credit, but I would like to know how to get into this world of “bad credit, no money down, cash back at closing” realestate investing. I want to buy homes, get cash back, put no money down, and turn around and rent them out. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to go about doing this? I really don’t want to buy one of those courses, i.e., Carlton Sheets. Any help would be greatly appreciated, also real life experiences and transactions would help.
