I am under contract to purchase a waterfront home for $559,800…need 85% ltv financing. this will be my primary residence…I will probably need some kind of stated income product…house should appraise significantly higher…I am a commission-only mortgage broker and making a significant amount more than my salary in real estate investments…dealing with a low credit score and payment shock is making this purchase difficult…I am looking for any reasonable financing source for at least a 1 yr term.
