Ron – I would love to go to the convention, if for no other reason than for the pleasure of meeting you and some of the other regular contributors on this site, HOWEVER, it seems I have a grandson being born about that moment and it would not be good politic for me to not be here for the birth. And besides, I would prefer to be there (no slight intended!).

I will plan for next year. Full reports are expected.

Fellow Marylanders,

I’m taking a Delta flight to Atlanta at 4:30 p.m. on the 29th and thought there are likely to be others on the same flight.

If you’re going from Balt. (on that flight or another), post a note here or drop me an email so we can be sure to meet.
