Bandit Signs in Houston-How strict is the city? - Posted by HenryTX2002

Pasadena, League City, Pearland and Friendswood seem to have some very strict areas in them. I have gotten calls from LEague City and Pasadena myself asking me to take my sighs down…In which case I did.
Rarely do I get a call, but it does happen… no fines as of yet, and hoping I can steer clear of them. Look for areas that other investors post signs, more than one investor buy a few… and that might give you an idea that it’s ok there. Or they just haven’t gotten fined yet! LOL

They are definately the best for of getting my phone to ring.

Bandit signs to be a highly effective manner of getting deals. I am curious if anybody knows how strict the city of Houston is on bandit signs. I am interested in having them put out, but will be unable to pay for the fines.

Thank you,

Henry

Very Strict in a lot of areas.

They just changed it to a fine of up to $300 per sign I heard. It can get pretty expensive.

Know your areas!
