I came across a house that has an ARV of $155k.
There is a
1st. mortgage of $88k.
2nd. mortgage of $22k.
I then found out there was a US bankruptcy Lien of $20k.
Seller is 6 months behind and in foreclosure. I was thinking of short selling the 2nd. But I don’t know what to do with the bankruptcy lien. Or if I can do anything.
Seller just wants to get out for what is owed against the property.
