I got a tip on a Bank that’s selling Tax Lien properties really cheap in my area…

How does this work? What type of profit does a bank try to achieve? Has anyone bought a house in this manner? How would you wholesale a house like this?

Here’s an example of one of the properties they’re trying to sell…
Tax Value: $76,000
Asking price: $15,000
ARV: $90,000

There is a 3 year redemption period in my state which has expired on all of these properties… I have a list of about 30 Properties…

Ty,
These are great deals. What state are you in? I would be interested in some of these properties. If the redemption period has expired, then you purchase the home you can do whatever you want with it. Flip it, rent it, lease option, whatever RE strategy you are working to build you investment business.
