I am a newbie in search of a Real Estate Investment in northern california. Has anyone here ever attended a session with the BAEIS in San Francisco? I am planning to attend the next meeting, but I am not sure if it’s a class or club. If anyone has knowledge of this place, then please share. It would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody can attend. There are speakers who will educate you on one or two topics. Usually Feb is Foreclosures month, but not this year. Bring your pad of paper and a couple of pens.

You will meet other investors there, some of whom are just starting, some of whom are very successful, rich people.
