Actually I took the easy way out, sold it to a friend who does have land and put a few $ in my pocket. It’s not like there aren’t lots more in the pipeline :slight_smile:

This months “prize” is a 1985 14 x 72 2-2 for $200.00. The owners had a yard sale before they left Conseco holding the bag and sold the water heater, furnace, toilets, ceiling fans etc. The roof floor and walls are OK though and the park would like it to stay. I am hoping this months repo list will have one with roof, floors and walls wrecked so I can salvage the parts.
